Welcome to Epic Win Blog and thanks for taking the time to stop by the site. This post marks the official grand opening of what we hope will become an entertaining and informative resource for all your anime and Japan-o-phile related needs, as well as a creative outlet for us to share our interests with all of you. We hope you have as much fun reading our motley commentary as we have in writing it. To learn more about who we are and what this blog is all about, be sure to check out our About page.
Essentially, you’ll find that many of our posts, rather than being written entirely by one author, are instead tag-team efforts in which we go back and forth, both voicing our opinions on the subject at hand.
For the time being we’re planning to blog the following shows:
- Darker than Black
- Lucky Star
- Hayate no Gotoku
- Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei
We’ll also give commentary now and then on other shows that are airing depending on our interest level. Please stick us on your blogroll and drop by again, as we’ll be rolling out new posts on a fairly regular basis.

I love the novel approach to this. Can’t say much about your DtB 19 post at the moment since I haven’t watched it and would rather not the spoilers, but I’ll definitely take a closer look at it (just skimmed through for now) later.

I’d just be repeating what Owen and TheBigN said if I comment on the awesomeness of DtB (I’m waiting for the DVD release so I can see past ep #8) so I’ll just wish you a warm welcome to the anime blogsphere and give you a bonus point for your Mushishi-themed header image. Ginko FTW.
The idea of having a team throwing ideas back and forth is a refreshingly different approach, so I wish you luck with it. Trying to keep your individuality and ‘doing different’ is tough with so many other anime blogs around so you might have already found your niche!
